Brand:Pro Range

a fast-drying, professional-grade spray primer designed for difficult surfaces like bare metal (alloy, steel, galvanized), providing superior adhesion and anti-corrosion protection, creating a smooth base for any topcoat, and often featuring special nozzles for varied spray patterns. It's a trade-quality product, distinct from cheaper DIY options, known for its rapid drying (dust-free in minutes) and high performance in automotive and industrial repairs.
Key Features & Benefits:
  • Excellent Adhesion: Bonds strongly to non-porous surfaces, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and GRP (glass-reinforced plastic).
  • Fast Drying: Dries quickly, allowing for faster project completion (dust-free in 5-10 mins).
  • Corrosion Resistance: Offers good protection against rust and corrosion.
  • Smooth Finish: Leaves a non-porous, smooth surface ideal for subsequent paint layers.
  • Weld-Through: Can be applied before welding, providing a protective layer.
  • Professional Quality: Made for trade use, offering superior results over basic primers.
  • Versatile Application: Often includes a dual or vari-nozzle for flexible spray patterns.
When to Use It:
  • Priming bare metal areas on vehicles or metalwork.
  • When working with difficult-to-paint substrates like alloy or galvanized steel.
  • As a base for automotive or industrial topcoats where strong adhesion is critical.
How to Use (General):
  1. Shake the can well for at least two minutes.
  2. Apply in cross-coats from about 250mm (10 inches) away.
  3. Allow to dry (check can for specific times, usually 15-30 mins to be over-coatable).
