Happy 1st Birthday, Seamus!  

It’s hard to believe, but our very own Seamus has just celebrated his first birthday. Born on August 27th, 2024, this bright and gentle Golden Retriever has spent the past year growing, learning, and taking big steps on his journey to becoming a fully trained guide dog. 

Seamus has already shown incredible progress in his training. From mastering the basics to building confidence in new environments, he’s proving every day that he has the calm temperament, intelligence, and eagerness to learn that will make him a life-changing partner for someone in the future. 

We couldn’t be prouder of how far Seamus has come and we couldn’t have done it without you. Every raffle ticket bought, every coin dropped in a collection tin, every pint shared at a fundraising event has helped make this possible. Together, we’re not only supporting Seamus but also making a real difference for others on the same journey. 

So please join us in wishing Seamus a very happy first birthday. We can’t wait to see what the year ahead brings for him as he continues to grow into the incredible guide dog he’s destined to be.
