We are very excited to reveal that we are proud sponsors of the Brown Recycling Skip Art Challenge
The Brown Recycling Skip Art Challenge, developed in partnership with ‘Short Supply’, is an exciting and revolutionary project, that sees a variety of talented and up and coming artists transform waste skips in the name of charity, sustainability, creative expression and community spirit.
Short Supply are a community interest company based in Manchester, creating opportunities for artists just like this one.
We are honoured to provide all the paints and supplies for this project, in a bid to give the artists all the materials that they could need to be ready for the challenge of creating ten unique and eye-catching skips.
We have been privileged to be able to provide a blank canvas on each skip for the artists’ challenge, by painting them with our own, elite quality coverings. Providing a blank canvas on the skips has allowed each and every artist to express their own artistic style and genre as the array of talented creatives boast a number of artistic skills.
Monies will be raised because of this challenge, and all concerned are excited to see how much we can raise for charity. On this occasion, we are delighted to be helping to raise money and awareness for the Dougie Mac Hospice.
All proceeds for the project will go to Dougie Mac Hospice, which is a locally based hospice, offering essential care and support to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
